Field Trip Request Form Jazz Roots Sound Check

Thank you for your interest in attending the 2024-25 season of Jazz Roots Sound Check with your students!

Please read the information below carefully and submit a completed form by December 1 to secure your field trip reservation.

Tickets, bus transportation and dinner will be provided for all participants. Details regarding transportation will be communicated two weeks prior to the performance date.

This program is free for Miami-Dade County Public Schools. Please email education@arshtcenter.org for private school inquiries.

Please note this experience is best suited for high school students but middle school band students are also welcome.
