Wheelchair/Accessible Ticketing Policy
It is prohibited for anyone, other than those requiring the accessible features of a seat or that of a guest's companion to use accessible seating locations (unless the area has been released for general seating). Those purchasing wheelchair accessible seating may purchase one (1) wheelchair accessible seat and up to three (3) companion seats; any additional seats must be purchased in the regular seating areas. This policy ensures that we are able to accommodate all available and accessible wheelchair seats in our theaters.

The Arsht Center is committed to making our presentations accessible to everyone by providing reasonable accommodations to Arsht Center policies for guests who may need aids and services to enjoy our presentations, when practicable. There may be occasions when requests for accommodations that would require us to fundamentally alter the nature of the performances, goods or services being offered may be declined. These would be addressed on a case-by-case basis and may include medical devices whose operation could affect the delivery of the performance from the stage to the audience, guest behavior that is disruptive to performances, and service animals that are not properly trained. Guests who wish to discuss accommodations may contact us at accessibility@arshtcenter.org.
