  Jody Hill Live Entertainment presents the Deep Fried Funk Band! Deep Fried Funk Band has risen to be the demand choice for many celebrities and private events. The band offers a combination of music for the young at heart and mature audiences. Their performances are characterized by a professional sound, extensive repertoire and unstoppable grooves.

  One of the most sought after drummers of this generation deftly playing any genre, David "Jody" Hill possessing infinite talent maintains his status in the industry as “a force to be reckoned with!”

  Jody toured with the famous R&B artist "The Clean Up Woman” Betty Wright, completed 4 successful tours with the disco king himself, KC and the Sunshine Band, and became one of the most requested drummers to perform and tour. He then earned himself 3 Grammy Award nominations with Joss Stone for the album Mind Body and Soul, where his God-given talent landed him even more gigs and exceptional opportunities.

  Television appearances include: The Craig Kilborn Show, PBS Disco Special, The Today Show, The Ellen DeGeneres Show, The Queen Latifah Show and local South Florida stations Channels 4, 6, 7, 10 and 33.

  Jody is the C.E.O and founder of his band Deep Fried Funk Band which is organized with the concept of performing for local, national and international artists. Deep Fried Funk Band has performed the White House, American Black Film Festival, the 2012 "Jazz in the Gardens" and with The Houston Symphony Orchestra where once again Jody was commissioned to be the music director for Gloria Gaynor, thus quickly gaining the attention of the media and making the morning newspapers.
