Get ready for an unforgettable celebration of faith, culture and community at the first-ever Gospel Fest Miami! Over the course of a vibrant season, enjoy free community concerts around town, film screenings, workshops and special performances at the Arsht, all leading up to a soul-stirring finale concert featuring national gospel stars alongside talented local artists. This new iteration of fan-favorite Arsht series Free Gospel Sundays promises to explore the rich tapestry of gospel music and its profound impact on our history and culture.

GOSPEL ON THE ROAD

The spirit of gospel music will fill the streets with four pop-up performances by local acts throughout Miami-Dade County. Experience the energy of community worship and connect as we celebrate our love of gospel.

GOSPEL FEST MIAMI WEEKEND

June 20 - 22, 2025

This two-day celebration of faith, culture and community will feature a free film screening at the Arsht on the history and roots of gospel; two preshow conversations with historians discussing the rich history and evolution of gospel music, its connection to the Civil Rights movement and its influence on popular/secular music; vocal clinics and choir workshops for vocalists of all skill levels; and a free performance by some of Miami’s best gospel acts. It all culminates with a star-studded concert featuring national gospel stars alongside local artists. More information about participating artists, performances and a schedule of events will be announced soon.

Tickets to the Gospel Fest Miami concert will go on sale April 24. All other activities are free to attend with RSVP starting April 24.

ARSHT GOSPEL CHOIR INVITATIONAL

January 18, 2025

South Florida music lovers came together for an unforgettable day of gospel at the inaugural Arsht Gospel Choir Invitational. Collegiate, community, and church choirs from across Florida delivered inspiring performances, competing for the $5,000 grand prize and the opportunity to perform at Gospel Fest Miami in June. 

Thank you to everyone who joined us to celebrate the incredible talent and energy of gospel music.
